Executive Presence Evaluation
What is Executive or Professional Presence? It's obvious when we see it in someone, yet it can be difficult for people to describe. I believe it's a combination of strength, gravitas, confidence, and poise. It inspires and motivates high performance outcomes. It's that 'edge of authority' without arrogance. Let me help you be the leader you want to be. After you sign up, send me a video of you speaking (ideally standing up) for 2-3 min. I’ll review your video then spend 45 min on Skype or the phone to give you honest feedback on your presence. Together we’ll outline specific guidelines for you to make improvements. An Executive Presence Toolkit is included, to help you build upon the ideas you gain from our session.
