30 days or more – Power Camp or other Training Program

If for any reason, you are unable to attend a Center Stage Group training for the dates you originally requested and cancel 30 days in advance, please contact us, and you will receive a 100% refund minus any credit card fees or deposit fees Center Stage paid to the caterer and/or lodging facility on your behalf. You will have the option of sending someone in your place at no additional charge, as long as they attend our training on the dates for which you were originally registered.

2 weeks or less – Power Camp or other Training Program

If for any reason you are unable to attend a Center Stage Group training within 2 weeks or less from the dates you originally requested, please contact us and you will receive a 50% refund minus any credit card or deposit fees Center Stage incurred with the caterer or lodging facility. You will have the option of sending someone in your place at no additional charge, as long as they attend a Center Stage Group training on the dates for which you were originally registered.

Evaluation Session Cancellation

If for any reason you are unable to attend a Center Stage Group Evaluation Session within 48 hours of the scheduled session, please contact us and we will attempt to reschedule your session. If you cancel more than two times, your session fee will not be refunded.
